Nick Jacoby is the Chief Development Officer of Signature HealthCARE where he oversees real estate transactions, new business initiatives, and assists with corporate strategy.  Prior to Signature he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Charah Solutions, a leader service provider to the utility industry.  Prior to Charah he served as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Ventas, Inc., a S&P 500 healthcare REIT, where he oversaw a $10 billion portfolio of healthcare real estate.  Nick has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of Louisville.
