Roger Cude

Roger Cude joined Humana in September 2013 to lead the talent and organization development functions. He recently had responsibility for HR Business Partners, talent management, organization development, performance management, associate engagement and talent acquisition. Roger is now responsible for Digital and Community Development and helped to lead Humana’s COVID response efforts and the Future of Work initiative. He also served as a member of Humana’s Inclusion and Diversity Council.

Before joining Humana, Roger served as Senior Vice President, Global Talent Management for Walmart. In this role, he was responsible for executive development, Leadership University, executive succession planning, officer selection and Corporate Learning Services. Roger has also held positions as Senior Vice President, Learning and Leadership Development at Bank of America, and as Vice President, Human Resources for Williams, Inc.

Roger completed doctoral studies in business and communication at the University of Texas, Austin, TX, and completed his Master’s degree at Pepperdine University. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University. Roger has also completed the Human Resource Executive Program, Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and a recent certificate in Digital Business Strategy from Sloan School of Management, MIT.
