President & CEO

Tammy oversees the Council’s strategic investment fund and leads public policy initiatives. Additionally, she is the President and CEO of Aging2.0, and the co-founder of the Unbridled Charitable Foundation. Tammy was previously Chief Operating Officer for Delta Dental, and has deep healthcare experience across multiple business units. She holds a Global MBA in finance and economics and from Duke University and a B.S. in business marketing from University of Phoenix. She has received numerous awards and recognitions, most notably Leadership Louisville Foundation’s “100 Wise Women,” Business First’s Power 50 Most Influential Business Leaders, NFocus’ 2015 Women of Empowerment award and the George W. Bush President’s Council Award for Volunteer Service.
